Our Founders
Cotrugli was built by two people who have spent their careers on the two halves of this problem. Josh Foreman built and sold Consultive, Australia's largest Xero professional services firm, and Pocket, a digitally enabled bookkeeping firm, then founded InDebted, a global fintech. Pierre Bergamin spent fifteen years leading engineering before joining InDebted as Chief Technology Officer in 2022, where he built the agentic AI it runs in production, inside regulated financial workflows, in every market.
We have run every piece of this before. Just never all at once.
Together they took InDebted to a $100m revenue run rate across seven markets. Bookkeeping, AI, and regulated financial services are the pattern they already know. Cotrugli is the culmination of nearly two decades of experience to deliver a category defining vertical AI company.
The Company
Cotrugli supports businesses in five countries today. Different countries, different rules, the same AI operating system underneath.
Our company also spans the globe: with our teams located in key hubs, serving our clients where they are. Our primary locations today are San Francisco (US), Sydney (AU), and Dubai (UAE). We work predominantly in person, on a demanding schedule, in order to deliver on our ambitious vision.
